The Holmesy Sidewinder was developed in 1966 for the purpose of nose riding. It has slots near the tail. The idea was to make the tail stay down and the nose up while hanging ten. The example below was the first Sidewinder built (#1). It was ridden by Puerto Rican legend Kim Nealson who toured it around the country. It is 1 of only 200 Sidewinders made.
